How to Prepare Tikkis
- Mix 1/2 cup of Moringa millet tikki mix to 1/4 cup of water
- Add 1/4 medium sized boiled mashed potato
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of oil/ghee to the mixture and leave it for 5 mins
- Shape tikkis to approx 4 to 5cm diameter
- Heat oil and shallow fry or deep fry the tikkis in low deep fry the tikkis in low flame
- Until they turns golden brown both sides
