How to Prepare Tikkis
- Take 50g of Tikki mix and add to the boiled mashed potato (1 to 1.5 medium sized)
- Add required amt of water and mix well to avoid lumps
- Knead the mixture, roll and shape to Tikki/ vada shape.
- In a pan with oil/ghee, Shallow fry/Deep fry the Tikkis in medium flame for 5 mins. Tikkis is Ready ! Serve warm !
